Our Sparkly Returns & Exchange Policy
We get it — sometimes things just don’t vibe. That’s why we offer 14 days from the date of your purchase to make it right.
After 14 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer an exchange — so don’t wait too long.
We don’t offer refunds for a change of mind, but we’re happy to arrange an exchange instead.
To Be Eligible for a Return
Your jewellery must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and just as stunning as when it arrived.
How to Exchange
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
To start an exchange, email us at shop@inspojewellery.com for approval.
Once approved, send your item to:

Please note: You’ll be responsible for your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you’re receiving a refund, the return shipping will be deducted from it.
If your item is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — just to make sure it gets back to us safely.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund and send it back to your original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll email you with an update on your refund status.
Missing or Late Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:
